Open roles
We hire across four disciplines. All internships are hands-on, client-facing, and based in Lisbon.
Strategy & Research Intern
Work alongside our strategists on live client briefs — from consumer intelligence studies to competitive landscape mapping. You will design surveys, analyse datasets, and contribute to decks that land in boardrooms.
Creative & Content Intern
Develop content across digital channels, support brand projects, and contribute ideas in creative sessions. You will build a portfolio working on real briefs for real clients.
Data Science & Analytics Intern
Support our data team in building dashboards, running statistical models, and turning raw data into actionable insight. Strong analytical skills and curiosity required — tools can be taught.
Technology & Product Intern
Contribute to client-facing platforms and internal tools. From frontend work to product thinking, you will ship code and solve real product challenges in a fast-moving environment.
Supported programmes
We support multiple formal internship frameworks. If your programme is not listed, get in touch — we will find a way.
Erasmus+
We are a registered Erasmus+ host organisation. If your university participates in the programme, we can provide all documentation — learning agreements, supervisor reports, and certificates — to support your placement in Lisbon.
IEFP Estágio Profissional
We accept candidates through the IEFP Estágio Profissional programme (Medida Estágios ATIVAR.PT). If you are eligible, we will work with you and your employment centre to set up the placement and ensure all IEFP requirements are met.
University Placement Year
Many UK, EU, and international universities include a mandatory or optional work placement year. We have experience hosting placement students and will co-ordinate directly with your institution.

BC Agency is headquartered in central Lisbon. Our office is where strategy happens — not a satellite location. You will be working where decisions are made.
