Making Public Procurement Winnable
An AI-powered procurement intelligence platform that turns a week of manual research into a single day — built by people who lived the problem.

The Challenge
Public procurement is structurally broken for the organisations that need it most. Openings average just 30 days between notification and closing — not enough time to discover, validate, research, and build a competitive proposal. Portals are plagued by vague CPV codes, inconsistent documentation, non-functional search tools, and cumbersome registration barriers. Incumbent contractors benefit from advance knowledge of expiring frameworks that standard notices never surface.
The Approach
Tender Radar automates the full discovery and validation pipeline — logging into procurement portals, downloading every opportunity, and building a comprehensive profile for each tender. AI semantic matching bypasses misleading keywords and vague categorisation to surface relevant opportunities instantly. Users can interrogate tender documents with human-style questions and receive sourced answers linked directly to the underlying files. Predictive forecasting analyses historical contract data, re-listing frequencies, and execution timelines to forecast when future tenders will open — achieving roughly 90% accuracy within a 45-day window for the strategic communications sector. Coverage spans several dozen portals: Contracts Finder, TED/FTS, UNGM, NATO, SAM.gov, and an expanding roster of country-specific government portals and major charitable organisations including the Gates Foundation, UNESCO, and the Red Cross.
The Work
The Results
Tender Radar launched into beta with selected waitlisted companies receiving free platform access to stress-test functionality. A process that previously consumed a full working week — discovery, validation, and competitive research — now takes approximately one day. The platform is on track for broader public release in late 2026, targeting 1,000 customers within its first year. The bootstrapped product has been live in market for over six months and continues to expand its portal coverage and predictive capabilities.
