Behaviour Change & Policy

We treat behaviour change as we treat every hard problem: data first, purpose-built technology second, and a creative idea engineered to reach the right audience at the right moment. It’s where research and creativity meet, and where our sharpest thinking is found.

Changing behaviour is harder than changing minds, so we start from evidence about what actually moves people — not what should. Behavioural science shapes the strategy; creativity earns the attention it needs to work.

The work spans public-interest campaigns, policy communication, and safety-critical messaging for organisations in complex sectors — places where getting it wrong is expensive and the message has to survive scrutiny.

Measurement is designed in before the first creative is made: we define what change looks like, set the baseline, and evaluate against it — so success is observed, not asserted.

Frequently asked questions

What is behaviour change communication?
The application of behavioural science to campaigns built to shift what people actually do — not just what they think or say. It combines research, audience segmentation, intervention design, and measurement.
What sectors do you work in?
Organisations in complex sectors — public interest, defence, and consumer contexts where messaging carries real consequences and has to stand up to scrutiny.
How do you measure whether behaviour actually changed?
By defining behavioural indicators and baselines before launch, then evaluating against them over time. If it cannot be observed, we do not call it success.
