The Challenge

DIA needed two products built to a premium standard: a music licensing platform for content creators, and a talent management system for their growing influencer roster. The brief demanded top-tier UI design, airtight data architecture, and development capable of supporting a commercial SaaS from day one — with no room for an off-the-shelf solution that would dilute the brand’s luxury positioning.

The Approach

We designed and built DIASOUND from the ground up — a full music licensing SaaS with a curated library of 755 tracks, tagged by mood, genre, and content trend. Every layer was considered: information architecture, UX flows, and a high-fidelity interface engineered for performance and aesthetics. Stripe-integrated subscriptions and licensing workflows were built alongside a separate influencer CRM to manage talent profiles, bookings, and campaign coordination.

The Results

DIASOUND launched commercially and achieved a 97% conversion rate from registration to paid subscription — a direct measure of the platform’s UX quality and product-market fit. The influencer management system replaced fragmented spreadsheet workflows with a single, structured platform. Both products continue to scale on a technical and design foundation built to hold up under real commercial pressure.
